Back on the treadmill

46 minuts:  5 minute warm up, 8 1-minute intervals of 6 mph and 2.4 mph, 4 minute cool down, then a gradual increase in incline up to 3.5 and speed to 3.8 mph and slowly slowed back down. 

2.8 miles

370 calories – really?!  That’s it!?

Lots of sweat.

    Remember that every little bit counts! Keep it up. I’m too lazy to work out on the weekends! Painting my office was enough of a workout for me on Saturday!
