Tried some Pilates today

Hmmm…that was interesting!

First I did my favorite abs work out.  I agree, S.I.S., she’s the best.  Although, I feel it while I’m working out, but I’ve never been sore…hmm..

And then I thought, what the heck I’ll try a Pilates for hips and thighs.  Yeah.  I’m not sure about that one!  I’ll give it one more try before rendering judgement.
