Back to Couch to 5K

With the hope of running at least one 5K this spring/summer.  It’s back on the treadmill.

1.767 miles

28 minutes – 5 min warm up, alternating 60 seconds @ 6.0 mph/90 sec @ 3.0 mph  Followed by a cool down.

Felt great!! 

Hopefully my poor Daily Mile account will see some updates on a regular basis now.  🙂

    Good for you! I actually walked outside for the first time in a long time on Friday morning. Aaron had spent the night and didn’t want to wake him by going in for my computer! I wanted to do 3 miles in 45 minutes. I had to run the last 4 blocks and it felt good! Maybe we can run 5 K together this summer!
