Week 1, Day 3

Well, I got off on my intervals somewhere along the line, so I’m not sure if I did enough.  But it felt great!

5 min warm up, intervals, cool down.

    Good Job! I did Aunt B’s again today along with upper body with Cindy. I think this is the first time in quite awhile that I have actually exercised 4 days in a row! I think counting calories and tracking my exercise on Myplate.com helps!
