Week 2 – Day 1

I think it was good for me to get on the treadmill and pound out some emotions.

5 min warm up @ 3.0  Added a 1% incline, supposedly this helps mimic running outside better.

Then 20 mins of intervals: 90 sec @ 6 mph, 2 min @ 3 mph.

30 sec @ 7 mph.  I just felt like I was going to fall off the back of the treadmill

Cool down @ 3 mph.

Totals:  35:17   2.252 miles   ~ 290 calories  (so disappointing considering there is fresh banana bread in the kitchen……)

    Yeah, Isn’t it amazing how hard it comes off, after going in so easily!
