Week 2 – Day 2

Ugg…so did not want to do this today.  Climbed on the treadmill, cued up the show on the computer, got done with the warm up and thought, “Maybe I’ll just keep walking…No!  You MUST do this!….okay….”

So all at 1% incline

5 min warm up @ 3.0 mph

intervals of 90 sec @ 6.0 mph and two mins @ 3.2 mph (just needed to boost it a little)

Was able to do one extra interval of 60 seconds at 7.0 mph

10 min cool down @ 3.0 mph

Totals – 2.549 miles   40:05 mins   322 cals.

And one very sweaty momma!

    I actually got an award today on livestrong.com for tracking for 2 weeks in a row! Yea! I would rather have an award on the scale!
