Day 3/30

Did a modified version of one of the workouts on my treadmill.

It starts you out at 3.0 mph and 1% incline and increases it to 4.0 mph and 6% incline for 20 mins total.

So I did it twice and got nice and sweaty (maybe that should have been the title of this blog “Nice and Sweaty.”)

The only problem is the 4.0 mph.  It’s just fast enough that you can’t really walk and not quite fast enough that you can even jog.  Couple that with the 6% incline and you’ve got a problem on your hand.  So I decided to just power walk (boost anyone?) at 3.8 when it would go up to 6% incline.

Ahh….now for the shower.  🙂

    I actually did 5 miles with Leslie this morning! Then I rode in Marina’s car for 2 hours to San Pedro only to discover that no one had let the ladies there know we were coming! URG!!! Back in the car for 2 hours. Now I need a walk!
