Day 1 of 30/30+3

Nothing special.  Still trying to overcome this stomach bug that has hit me rather hard the last few days.  Nothing like having “The MeatBall’s” egg burps and hopping off and on the treadmill….at least it’s in the privacy of my own home.  :-/

Warm up for a 1/4 and a cool down for a 1/4 @ 1.0% incline and 3.0.

Then I pumped it up .2 mph and 0.5 incline every quarter mile for the rest of the work out.  Let’s just say that anything over 3.6 on an incline of 4% is not fun.  But I did get N&S.  😉

Total 2.25 in 40 mins.

    Now that meatball comment brought a smile to my lips! He presently has the EB’s too! He thinks his might be typhoid.

    Wow! you lost almost 2 lbs a week! Nice!
