I’m a 33-year-old mother of 3 who wants to get back in shape, live a healthy life-style, and break the cycle of obesity for my children.

I began my journey in Fall 2008 by dieting and running on the treadmill using the Couch to 5K program.  I lost 45 pounds but was sidelined temporarily by a surprise pregnancy and the birth of my 3rd child.

I want to get back in shape and am using this blog as a way to stay committed and accountable.
