So – Do I want to be fully transparent and publish what my weight is?  Or just keep a running total of how much I’ve lost…hmmm…

Highest weight ever- probably in Winter of 2004?  Let’s just guess at 250? 260?  You really stop hopping on the scale when you see those numbers…and you’re not pregnant.

Got down to 187 in March of 2009.

Got back on the band wagon after Baby #3, born in Nov ’09, but didn’t climb all the way back on the wagon until Oct ’10 – We’ll call that our starting weight at 232.

Jan 13th – weight loss since October:  -10 pounds

Feb 23 : -19 pounds

May 7: – 26 pounds – currently 206.6

May 18 – 204.4  (-28)

    Who cares what your weight is? The blog is about being healthier not being lighter! But maybe I’m just saying that because I gained more than I wanted this week! 🙂

    What happened to the wednesday weigh-ins?.. I try to weigh in on Sunday morning. That helps me think about how I am going to try and eat for the week.

    Way to go! At the rate you’re going you can easily be under the 200 mark when you get here! And then that 187 goal will not seem as far away! 🙂 Good job!
